1 Introduction

2 Eligibility

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period specified by 8g88 may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each eligible player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 8g88. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, device, payment method, or IP address — are not permitted. If 8g88 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all but one account, void any bonuses received across duplicated accounts, and review outstanding balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. 3.3 Account Security

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits issued by 8g88 are subject to wagering requirements. 5.2 Bonus Abuse

Practices including but not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing opposing bets (bonus hedging) to reduce wagering risk, using promotional funds exclusively on low-contribution games with the sole intent of meeting rollover requirements artificially — all constitute bonus abuse. 8g88 reserves the right to void bonuses, remove associated winnings, and suspend accounts engaged in such activity.

5.3 Modification of Promotions

8g88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonuses already credited to your account at the time of modification remain subject to the terms applicable at the time they were issued, unless a change is required for legal compliance or to prevent systemic abuse.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on 8g88 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. 8g88 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed after the commencement of an event, where there is evidence of a technical error in the displayed odds, or where the bet exceeds the applicable stake limits for the relevant market.

6.2 Void Bets and Refunds

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled and not replayed within 24 hours; the event begins but cannot be completed and less than 90% of the scheduled play has occurred (for cricket: fewer than the scheduled overs have been bowled due to weather, not match result); the event is abandoned by the relevant governing body; or a clear pricing error is identified. 6.3 In-Play Betting

7 Casino Games

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your 8g88 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.2 Termination by 8g88

8g88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading information; suspected fraudulent activity; non-compliance with KYC requirements; or any activity that 8g88 reasonably believes poses a risk to the platform's integrity or to other players. 14 Amendments to These Terms
